Keltic Engineering, Inc provided the Town of Garfield with reporting in conformance with the State of Washington Department of Ecology to address the excavation, testing, removal, and replacement of utilities to address an underground soil fuel leak. We provided on-site monitoring and coordination with the contractor, Town of Garfield, and regulatory agencies.
