Keltic Engineering, Inc. was awarded the contract for design and grant administration for improvements to pedestrian access and safety for a portion of 2nd and 3rd Part of this work was to complete a NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) to analyze the potential effects the project would have on the surrounding environment.
