Keltic Engineering, Inc completed the fund procurement, site design, and construction administration for a federally funded grant to improve the pedestrian access and safety for a portion of 2 the completion of a NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) document to analyze the potential effects the project would have on the surrounding environment.
