Keltic Engineering, Inc. procured funds through the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the Federal Highways Administration to improve the pedestrian crossings in two locations of town, enabling and improving pedestrian traffic and ADA access across the railway. This project is the direct route to the Town of Garfield school district facilities.
