Keltic Engineering, Inc. was honored to provide structural design and advisement to the Valley Veterans Council for a statue memorializing SFC David Harps of the United States Army. The design and concept for the memorial was provided by Mission 22, a non-profit group whose goal is to raise awareness, memorialize the fallen, and prevent veteran suicide.
