Keltic Engineering, Inc. developed a Small City Transportation Plan for the City of Peck, ID with State of Idaho LTACT2 funds, designed to provide grant funds for small cities in the state of Idaho to develop or update their city transportation fund. The project funds were used to develop a public participation plan, complete field work, establish a transportation plan, conduct analysis, and complete capital improvement forecasting for the city.
