Keltic Engineering, Inc. applied for the Washington State Department of Transportation Improvement Board’s “Small City Funding Programs” grant on behalf of the City of Asotin and was successfully awarded funding for the project. The project funds were used to rehabilitate 2^nd Street, providing the construction of a new concrete roadway, installation of curb islands as a means of traffic calming measures, and new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and stormwater components.
