Keltic completed a site visit and inspection of the rail car currently located at 330 N Grand in Pullman, WA. The rail cars are currently owned by the Whitman County Historical Society and the focus of Keltic’s services was specifically on the 2nd Railcar from the Caboose end and included an internal and external inspection.
