In accordance with IDAPA 58.01.16.493.02.e. Keltic Engineering, Inc. completed lagoon seepage testing using state of the art equipment to monitor the level of per day leakage from lagoons. This includes a preliminary engineering report, seepage procedure, onsite monitoring, data collections, calculations, and final results assessment for approval by IDEQ.
