Keltic Engineering, Inc completed the update to the city’s shoreline master plan by working with community members, planning and zoning commission, city council, and regulatory agencies to create a document that determined public land use and ensured the welfare of the environment within the vicinity of the shoreline. This project was funded by the State of Washington Department of Ecology.
