Keltic Engineering, Inc. was selected as the Design Consultant for the City of Asotin Second Street Project, Phase I and II. The concrete road was originally built in the early 1900’s and was re-designed to address a parabolic shape, new curb, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, and traffic islands or chicanes to address speed on the wide concrete main street.
